The role requires a Bachelor's in Nursing, current Ohio RN licensure, BLS/CPR, and prior leadership experience in a clinical setting. Day shift, 36 hours per week, at our OhioHealth facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• BSN with 5 years of employment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• 75%: supervise clinical operations and direct care; coordinate interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• 10%: participate in recruitment and staff development; provide feedback and supervision.
• 10%: serve on committees; perform audits and rounds; coach associates.
