Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.
• Minimum 2 yrs. clinical experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate clinical operations to ensure quality, services, and patient satisfaction.
• Schedule interdisciplinary staff and manage resource mix to optimize patient care.
• Participate in recruitment activities and staff development.
• Serve as a clinical resource and provide coaching to associates.
• Participate on unit and hospital committees to improve clinical practice and patient outcomes.
