Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and licensure as a Registered Nurse in Ohio.
• BLS/CPR certifications per American Heart Association or Red Cross requirements.
• RN licensure with Ohio Board of Nursing.
• RNC or specialized nursing certifications as applicable (per unit).
• Active RN license and ability to meet state requirements for obstetrics nursing.

Responsibilities

• 75% Clinical operations supervision to ensure quality, service, and patient satisfaction.
• 10% participate in staff recruitment, development, and education; provide feedback and supervision.
• 10% participate on committees; perform audits and rounds to monitor patient experience and associate satisfaction.
• 5% assist in budgeting and cost-effective use of department resources.
