Job summary

OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital is seeking an RN Clinical Leader for the Neurology EMU on the night shift. You will lead clinical operations, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and ensure quality and safety for patients in the epilepsy monitoring unit.

The role requires active Ohio RN licensure, a BSN, ACLS/BLS certification, and at least 2 years of clinical experience. This full-time position supports a high-reliability, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• BSN required.
• ACLS and BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience.
• Night shift.
• Scheduled 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations and coordinate program services to ensure quality, safety and patient satisfaction.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor outcomes, safety, and efficiency and improve processes with leadership.
• Participate in unit and hospital committees and initiatives to improve practice and outcomes.
