Job summary

Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for an evening, part-time role (16 hours/week) with every-other-weekend shifts and holiday rotation. Base pay is $36.90 per hour with shift differentials; benefits are eligible.

The RN will provide family-centered nursing care, assess patient needs, and coordinate with LPNs, PCAs, and other staff while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• BSN or Associate degree with commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care using a Family Centered approach.
• Assesses individualized patient needs and communicates care priorities to team.
• Plans, implements, educates and evaluates care using Evidence-Based Practices.
• Monitors physical, psychological, and social needs of patients and families.
• Documents according to organizational standards and procedures.
