Qualifications

• BSN or ASN with commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Ohio.
• Current CPR certification; willingness to obtain NRP, PALS, ACLS, APHON as required.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care using a Family Centered approach.
• Assesses individualized patient needs and communicates to LPNs, PCAs, unit staff.
• Plans, implements, educates and evaluates care using Evidence-Based Practices.
• Utilizes Therapeutic Communication while monitoring patient and family needs.
• Participates in workplace data, QA, meetings, and reports updates to staff.
• Documents according to organizational standards.
