Qualifications

• BSN or ADN with commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Current CPR certification required; willing to obtain NRP, PALS, ACLS, APHON or other certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care using a Family Centered approach.
• Assesses individualized patient needs and communicates care plans to LPNs, PCAs, unit coordinators, and allied health staff.
• Plans, educates, and evaluates care using evidence-based practices.
• Documents according to organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
