Job summary
Genesis Exeter Center is hiring Registered Nurses for 12-hour shifts (7pm–7am) with full-time and per diem options. We offer competitive compensation with shift differential and a collaborative, supportive work environment dedicated to high-quality care.
As an RN, you will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and supervise LPNs/CNAs while coordinating with the medical team. NH RN licensure and BLS required, ADN/BSN preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
- Active NH RN license in good standing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Proficient in English (reading/writing/speaking).
- Health screenings per state guidelines including TST may be required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care on a 12-hour shift.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments; monitor patient status.
- Lead and delegate to LPNs and CNAs; document care accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for safe discharge.
