Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Are 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail or customer-facing, or 1+ years floor leader or other leadership, or 1+ years Amazon experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model expected behavior.
• Use inventory systems to scan, process, and count products.
• Provide peer feedback and escalate issues to help peers resolve customer problems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and operations.
• Identify barriers and trends, support the manager in site culture and safety.
