Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to support store technology and POS systems. The shift is 1 PM–10 PM, Tuesday through Saturday, in the Indianapolis area.

The role involves troubleshooting and assisting users across store and corporate channels. Qualified candidates will have an Associate’s Degree and 2–3 years of help desk experience, plus strong knowledge of Windows, SQL, Active Directory, G Suite, and networking.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; 2–3 years of help desk experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS and Office applications.
• Experience with SQL databases, AD, GSuite, MDM, and networking is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day troubleshooting for store technology and POS systems.
• Assist store and corporate staff via phone, email, and Google Chat to resolve or escalate issues.
