Job summary

Expect 7PM-7AM shifts, licensure in Mississippi (or eligible), NBRC RRT credential, ACLS/Neonatal Resuscitation certification, and 1 year of experience preferred. Customer-focused care is essential.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent and graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Mississippi license or eligibility; NBRC RRT credential required; ACLS/Neonatal Resuscitation specified.

Responsibilities

• Provides respiratory care on general nursing units and in critical care areas (MICU, NICU, SICU, CSCU, PACU, Nursery, ED).
• Evaluates therapy benefits, discusses concerns with physicians, and makes patient-centered recommendations.
• Participates in staff orientation and mentors other respiratory care staff.
