Job summary

Inova Alexandria Hospital is seeking a dedicated Resource Coordinator to join our team on full-time evening shifts (2pm-10:30pm) with rotating weekends. You will manage medical supplies, maintain par levels, and coordinate with purchasing for backorders and recalls, ensuring smooth operations across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of Materials Management or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all Inova and Supply Chain policies and procedures.
• Maintains accurate records of medical supplies, equipment, and mset carts ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.
• Establishes, monitors and adjusts supply par levels according to utilization trends.
• Executes daily ordering of supplies for assigned customer supply rooms.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of assigned clean supply rooms as well as the warehouse.
• Takes ownership of all aspects of product conversions and communicates with customers on conversions.
