Job summary

Coral Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a Reservation Agent to join our team for the PM shift. You will assist customers with their reservations, provide information about our resort, and handle cancellations or changes while delivering excellent service.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with reservation software or a quick learner is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities
