Qualifications

• Excellent English reading, writing and comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly from registration to checkout and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Issue unit keys and guide guests through the registration process; balance cash receipts.
• Process cash and credit transactions following established procedures and handle guest folios accurately.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups; provide room rate quotes.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure a memorable stay.
