Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• QMHA credentials preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage residents to support movement toward goals using strength-based, person-centered approaches.
• Assist with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living.
• Manage medication assistance and monitor for changes in residents' health.
• Facilitate group activities and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure house is clean, safe, and well organized; document shift notes and engagement records.
