Job summary

New Narrative in Portland, OR is seeking a Residential Support Specialist to join a multidisciplinary team and help residents progress toward personal goals through skills-building and daily living support.

You will assist with activities of daily living, meal prep, medication support, and crisis de-escalation, while maintaining a safe, clean environment. CPR/Naloxone administration and ODM compliance are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• QMHA credentials preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents to support goal progress with strength-based approaches.
• Support daily living activities and life skills.
• Assist with meals, hygiene, and medication management.
• Participate in team meetings and care planning.
• Maintain a safe, clean living environment and complete required documentation.
