The Barry Robinson Center seeks a full-time Shift Supervisor to lead residential operations and ensure resident safety during evening shifts. You will supervise direct care staff, coordinate daily routines, and uphold a restraint-free, respectful environment in a 72-bed facility.

Competenze

• Requires bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
• Experience supervising direct care staff preferred.
• Trauma-informed care or Risking Connections training preferred.
