Crossroads Community, Inc. is seeking a Residential Coach to assist clients with daily living skills, self-management, personal wellness and community participation.

You will support individuals living with behavioral health needs and guide them toward greater independence. The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, including overnight shifts, with employer-paid health insurance and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Vehicle carrying minimum 100/300/50 liability insurance for insurability.

Responsibilities

• Help clients develop daily living skills, medication self-management, personal wellness, self-care and community participation.
• Provide guidance and encouragement to support independence and recovery goals.
• Support clients in accessing community resources and planning for independent living.
