Bradley Hospital in Exeter, RI is seeking a Residential Care Counselor to provide safety and therapeutic care for assigned children. You will contribute to the development and implementation of the residential treatment plan under the Residential Care Supervisor, and document progress and observations as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Competenze

• Baccalaureate Degree in a Human Service field.
• Six months to one year of direct child care with emotionally impaired youth.
• Current Bradley Hospital Crisis Management certification or enrollment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current ERS, Safety & OSHA certification.
• Ability to work independently within program policies.
