Job summary

• Current crisis management certification, CPR certification, and safety certifications (OSHA/ERS).

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, therapeutic milieu and supervise daily activities of assigned children/adolescents.
• Document patient milieu treatment and incidents in medical records; assist with care plans.
• Lead groups, collaborate with treatment team, and participate in conferences and rounds.
• Demonstrate and teach behavioral management and crisis intervention as needed.
