• Develop and operationalize milieu care plans with the treatment team.
• Supervise children in daily routines and activities of daily living.
• Document observations and follow up in medical records.
• Intervene in disruptive situations with timely therapeutic input.
• Lead and participate in groups and family trainings as needed.
• Model professional behavior and therapeutic communication with patients and families.
