Job summary

Wisconsin Counties Association in Dodge County, WI is seeking a part-time food service/ kitchen assistant to support meals and resident service. The role covers afternoon/evening shifts with weekend availability and summer breaks, starting at $16.85 per hour plus a $3.00 weekend differential.

The position requires adherence to health, safety, and dietary guidelines, efficient food preparation, and teamwork with staff to ensure timely meal service and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience with food handling safety standards.
• Ability to work in a kitchen environment.
• Ability to follow recipes and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintains compliance with food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures.
• Washes and sanitizes dishes, counters, kitchen equipment, and floors.
• Preps hot dish ingredients and cold-serve foods.
• Assists the Cook in preparation of high-quality, bulk quantities of menu items.
• Clears and clean tables and chairs after use.
• Restocks condiments and dishes/silverware as needed.
