Job summary

Park View Health Center in Wisconsin is seeking a Food Service Assistant to perform kitchen duties, portion meals per diet guidelines, and maintain food safety standards. Shifts run 11am–7pm, 40 hours/week, with hourly pay and weekend differential.

Responsibilities include assembling meals, following sanitation procedures, transporting trays, and supporting a team in Nutrition Services. A high school diploma and prior food service experience are preferred; computer skills and ability to follow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in healthcare food service or kitchen is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow diet guidelines and directions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble resident meals per menu and diet requirements with correct temperatures.
• Follow sanitation and infection control procedures for food prep areas.
• Load, transport, and serve meal trays to residents per procedures.
