Job summary

Dodge County is seeking a part-time, non-exempt administrative support in the Human Services & Health department in Juneau, WI. Starting wage is $20.46/hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule 9:00am–1:00pm and reviewer date September 16, 2026.

The role involves greeting visitors, handling phones, data entry, and coordination of meals and resources for ADRC programs. Candidates must pass background checks and have a high school diploma with clerical experience.

Qualifications

• High School or better as minimum education.
• Must pass caregiver and criminal background checks.
• Two years of clerical/receptionist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists visitors and schedules appointments.
• Answers phone calls and routes within department.
• Responds to inquiries and directs to appropriate staff.
• Performs routine office clerical functions; opens and distributes mail; maintains supplies.
• Manages mail distribution and purchases supplies.
• Maintains spreadsheets, databases, and reports.
• Assists with newsletters and marketing materials.
