Dodge County seeks an AM Household Assistant to lead resident activity participation and assist with daily living tasks in a Full-Time role. The position runs 9:00 a.m. – 5:15 p.m. with some weekends required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must obtain Wisconsin CBRF certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Guides residents to participate in activities and mentors staff.
• Provides transportation and plans events and outings.
• Transports and assists residents with activities and daily care.
• Maintains documentation of resident participation and care provided.
• Assists with housecleaning, meals, and personal care as needed.
