Job summary

RobinBrooke Senior Living by Allegro is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Resident Assistant for the 3:00pm-11:00pm shift. You will provide direct resident care under supervision, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for seniors.

This role emphasizes resident-centered care, teamwork with nurses and staff, timely documentation, and adherence to safety and HIPAA policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
• CNA certification a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, resident-centered care.
• Effective communication and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Support dining and dining room service, and assist with meals.
• Respond promptly to resident emergency call systems and requests for assistance.
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ condition to the supervisor.
• Maintain required resident care documentation per policies and regulations.
• Assist with resident transportation when required.
• Follow safety, HIPAA, and infection control requirements at all times.
• Light cleaning, laundry, and room/area housekeeping as needed.
• Attend meetings and in-service trainings as required.
