The RA provides tenants with daily living care under supervision, aligned with the Service Plan and nurse leadership. Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide tenants with direct routine care in activities of daily living.
• Work under supervision of the licensed nurse or AL Clinical Manager.
• Follow the Service Plan and MDH Nursing Assistant Program standards.
• Support tenants to promote independence and well-being.
