Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare industry and knowledge of long-term care or assisted living settings.
• Ability to follow care plans and MDH Nursing Assistant Program standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide tenants with direct routine care in activities of daily living.
• Follow the Service Plan and nursing standards under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Support the interdisciplinary care team to promote independence and well-being.
• Maintain tenant safety and comfort during care delivery.
