Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Duluth is seeking a Full Time PM Resident Assistant MW for evening shifts (2:00 pm - 10:15 pm) in Duluth, MN. You will support residents with daily living activities and help maintain a compassionate, empowering home.

Requirements include medication administration training, BLS certification, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Eligible candidates receive a sign-on bonus and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
