Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic's Marjorie Doyle Rockwell Center is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant for evening shifts (3p-11p), 15 hours per week. You will provide compassionate care under the supervision of an LPN/RN in a small, home-like memory care setting.

Daily duties include assisting residents with ADLs, helping with meals, monitoring safety, and supporting independence and dignity. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior senior care experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Patience, empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous senior care or assisted living experience preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols; computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful, compassionate manner.
• Assist with meals and light housekeeping as needed.
• Monitor resident safety and report changes to the LPN/RN.
• Support resident independence and dignity.
• Participate in team meetings and care planning.
