Job summary

Marjorie Doyle Rockwell Center, part of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant (Aide) for memory care. You will support residents with daily activities, assist with medications under supervision, and help maintain a safe, respectful living space.

The role emphasizes empathy, patience, teamwork, and strong communication in a small, home-like setting with opportunities for growth and tuition support.

Qualifications

• Must have patience, empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; prior senior care/healthcare experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful, compassionate manner.
• Assist residents with medications as needed under supervision.
• Monitor resident safety and wellbeing; report changes to LPN.
• Promote independence and dignity for residents.
• Support light housekeeping and meal service to maintain a clean, safe living space.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate with coworkers and supervisors.
• Foster a warm, friendly and respectful environment.
