Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Part-time Resident Assistant (Evening Shift) for Hiland Meadows Memory Care. The RA provides compassionate care, helps residents with daily living activities, and offers companionship in a warm, home-like environment.

Under LPN/RN supervision, you'll support ADLs, assist with medications as needed, and promote resident independence and safety with a collaborative team approach.

Qualifications

• Patience, empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; prior senior care is a plus.
• Ability to follow care plans, safety protocols and use basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Assist with medications as needed under supervision.
• Promote independence and dignity; monitor safety and report changes.
• Support meal service and light housekeeping to maintain a safe space.
• Participate in team meetings and coordinate with care staff.
