Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Duluth is hiring a Resident Assistant for the evening shift (2:00pm - 10:15pm). The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, maintaining a safe, supportive environment, and documenting observations to ensure high-quality care.

As part of a dedicated team, you will support social interaction, community connection, and care with compassion. Onboarding of new associates and adherence to duties will be part of the daily routine.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently
• Have excellent communication skills
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
