Job summary

Staples seeks a warehouse associate in Putnam, CT to support our supply chain operations. You will work in one of several areas—Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, or Custodian—depending on daily needs. The role requires basic math, safety awareness, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

The shift runs 2:30pm to 10:45pm, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime as needed. We value reliability, English communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

• Ability to count and perform basic arithmetic accurately.
• Commitment to safety procedures and safe work practices.
• Ability to work with colleagues and customers to resolve issues.
• Able to work in a warehouse with seasonal temperature variations.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an SC1 associate across multiple roles depending on business need.
• Pick customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily goals.
• Restock shelves, scan labels, and prep work area for next shift.
• Bulk select, pack totes, and handle merchandise safely.
