Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of sporting activities such as basketball and volleyball.
• Familiar with recording facility usage and monitoring who is in the building.
• Able to work with little or no supervision.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and human relation skills.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group settings to Faculty, Staff, Supervisor and other part time employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Activity Center sports programs 4 to 6 hours a week during evening hours.
• Serve as main contact for facility information and safety, and enforce policies.
• Provide guidance to part-time staff across front desk, gym, game room, and fitness center.
• Collaborate with other on-campus departments as required.
• Complete reports and liaise with outside emergency services if needed.
