Job summary

State Technical College of Missouri is seeking an Activity Center Front Desk Associate to greet students and members, provide information, and support safety and policy enforcement at the front desk, gym, game room, and fitness center.

You will serve as a resource and collaborate with campus departments, manage opening/closing routines, and assist with events, rentals, and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Strong communication skills with students and members.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Good interpersonal and human relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with on-campus departments as required.
• Record facility usage and monitor who is in the building.
• Provide guidance for all areas of the building and delegate tasks.
• Open and close the facility.
• Serve as point of contact for issues and liaison with emergency services as needed.
• Assist rental customers with supplies and agreements.
• Explain and enforce policies and procedures.
• Review agreements, deadlines, rules, and compliance with leagues and affiliates.
• Assist with events hosted in the building.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
