Gaudenzia, Inc. is seeking a dedicated team member for a full-time evening shift at our Harrisburg-area facility. You will support residents, ensure safety, and help with admissions, transport, and daily activities.

Responsibilities include documenting movements, conducting checks, coordinating schedules, and reporting incidents. A high school diploma is required; a valid driver’s license is preferred. $15.83 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Candidate must be able to interact effectively with clients.
• Valid driver's license preferred; clean driving record.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to document and communicate clearly.

Mansioni

• Screen and process new admissions and document movements.
• Monitor client movement and maintain sign-out logs.
• Coordinate in-house activities and program schedule.
• Maintain daily census and report incidents.
• Conduct client orientation sessions and morning meetings.
• Transport or assist clients for medical appointments.
• Conduct searches and monitor safety and fire procedures.
• Deny access to unauthorized persons.
• Supervise medication administration when appropriate.
• Perform regular room checks and ensure facility safety.
• Complete reports and incident documentation.
• Support facility cleanliness and security.
