Job summary

Gaudenzia, Inc. is hiring a Recovery Support Professional for a full-time day shift at our Harrisburg location. You will support clients, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe, structured environment in a 24/7 program.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed. Training is provided and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing; meeting criteria (3+ years driving, clean record).
• Flexibility to work various shifts; Gaudenzia operates 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Screen and process new admissions and document client movements.
• Monitor client movement, belongings, sign-out book and daily census.
• Coordinate in-house activities per the program schedule.
• Conduct room searches and supervise medication administration as directed.
• Ensure facility safety, reporting incidents and maintaining security.
