Evergreen Center for Health & Rehabilitation seeks a friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors at our Stafford Springs, Connecticut facility. The role offers a chance to learn about long-term care while contributing to a welcoming environment.

You will greet guests, manage calls and inquiries, coordinate appointments, and assist with resident activities, while upholding our standards of care and compassion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with office equipment and computer applications.
• Empathy and understanding towards residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and resident activities.
• Receives newspapers, mail, and gifts for residents.
