Southeastern Community College seeks an Evening Receptionist/Housekeeper for the Mt. Pleasant Center. The role combines reception, clerical tasks, and light housekeeping while promoting a positive image for the college district.

Hours are 12:00 - 6:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, with responsibilities in data entry, records for AEL/HSED, test proctoring, and front-facing support for students and staff.

Qualificações

• Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in office administration, proctoring tests, and handling confidential information preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office, telephone procedures, and professional workplace conduct.

Responsabilidades

• Greet visitors and respond to inquiries; direct them to the appropriate program supervisor.
• Provide clerical support, data entry, and maintain records for AEL enrollment and assessments.
• Proctor tests and administer exams including state-approved assessments where required.
• Prepare reports, employment contracts, and other documents; assist with purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Facilities to replenish supplies and assist in building maintenance.
• Maintain calendars, update room schedules, and assist in outreach activities.
• Handle payments and serve as lost and found center where needed.
• Perform housekeeping duties: cleaning, sanitizing, and basic upkeep of the center.
• Maintain confidentiality and project a professional image onward to students and staff.
