Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy for children with ASD in a center-based setting in Chesapeake, VA. The role supports BCBA-led treatment, with afternoon/evening hours Monday through Friday, and offers paid training, competitive pay, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Experience with children with ASD preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically assist children during sessions (moving, standing, etc.).
• Other tasks as outlined by BCBA/LBA.
