Job summary

National Therapy Center is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our ABA team in the DMV area (Bethesda, DC, Germantown) with evening shifts from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy and collaborate with families and BCBAs to deliver quality care.

RBT Certification is required: complete 40-hour training, competency assessment, and BACB exam. Competitive pay and opportunities for professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA or a related field preferred.
• Availability: Must have after school hour availability (4pm-7pm).
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to ensure on-time client sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy during evening hours.
• Accurately record client progress and maintain clinical documentation.
• Work closely with families and BCBAs to ensure seamless care.
• Participate in continuous training and supervision to grow in your role.
