Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA therapy with children in center-based and home settings. Typical shifts are Monday–Friday afternoons, requiring dependable transportation and strong communication with families and BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT certification is required.
• Access to reliable transportation to client homes.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.
• Ability to manage confidential information and multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Support BCBA with training families on plans.
• Be responsive to client, family, and supervisor needs.
• Maintain clear communication with families and team.
• Assist with physical activities as children move around session areas.
• Other tasks as outlined by BCBA/LBA.
