Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team in a center-based setting serving children on the autism spectrum. BTs work 1-1 with clients under supervision of a BCBA, providing consistent, structured therapy in a supportive environment.

Hours are Monday–Friday from 3:00/4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with potential for part-time or full-time guaranteed hours. Must hold an active RBT and have reliable transportation; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD, preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and others involved.
• Physically assist with sessions (movement, lifting 25+ pounds, etc.).
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
