Job summary

Join Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital as a Radiology Technologist (PRN). You will work variable shifts including weekends and holidays and may float to the Cleveland Clinic Mentor location as needed.

Responsibilities include performing general radiology and fluoroscopic procedures, producing quality images, and managing PACS workflow while ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout exams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in good standing.
• Current state licensure as Radiology Technologist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Responsibilities

• Perform general radiology exams, portable exams and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Produce high-quality images for interpretation with accuracy and minimal delay.
• Acquire, archive, transmit and print images via PACS.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during and after the exam.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment and exams to ensure understanding and cooperation.
• Maintain documentation.
• Address equipment malfunctions and report to the help desk/PACS administrator.
• Assist with scheduling procedures, monitor patient priority and process billing.
