Qualifications

• High school diploma/ GED plus three years of food preparation experience.
• Ability to read, write, weigh, and measure.
• Must communicate effectively.
• Must be able to train and lead others.
• Food Handler’s permit or ability to obtain by passing safety test.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and supervision within one of Abel Dining’s mobile order quick service concepts.
• Ensure orders are accurate and timely and meet high standards.
• Assign daily tasks to student workers and staff during shifts.
• Oversee work in kitchen, dish room, and dining area.
• Train student workers and staff on recipes, production processes, and standards.
• Perform tasks across stations including setup, prep, cashiering, inventory, and cleanup.
• Troubleshoot concerns with customers as they arise.
