Job summary

Rust-Oleum is seeking a QC/QA technician to assist with quality procedures for production batches and new raw materials. You will compile QC data, communicate deviations, and maintain statistical records in the D365 system.

The role requires familiarity with batch testing, material specs, and basic Excel usage. Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for much of the shift are expected in a laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; strong math and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry is essential.
• Experience with analytical tools and standard QA practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check production batches against standards and record results.
• Advise batchmakers on adjustments to meet specs.
• Recheck batches after adjustments to ensure compliance.
