Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and basic math/communication skills.
• Proficient Excel and computer skills.
• Up to three years in QC field helpful.
• Batchmaking experience helpful.
• Familiarity with analytical tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check production batches against standards.
• Advise batchmaker on necessary adjustments.
• Recheck batches after adjustments to meet specs.
• Use analytical tools to compare samples to standards.
• Record results of comparisons in D365.
• Consult QC manager on products >10% out of spec.
• Approve product record data in D365.
• Check bulk raw materials against specs on receipt.
• Consult QC manual for analysis requirements.
• Calibrate QC/QA equipment as required.
• Other duties may be assigned.
