Qualifications

• One-year psychiatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' condition and develop and administer plan of care.
• Document care and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Provide patient and family education and support.
• Ensure rounds and precaution records are up to date in real time.
• Collaborate with admissions/transfers and communicate during handoffs.
• Participate in interdisciplinary planning and contribute to department goals.
