Qualifications

• Licensed, or license eligible, and in good standing as an RN in Virginia.
• Valid driver's license and continued licensure throughout employment.
• Prior nursing management or Shift Administrator experience.
• Extensive psychiatric nursing experience.
• Ability to supervise staff, manage scheduling, and use EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate medical and health services on the assigned shift.
• Oversee admissions, discharges, staffing, and 24/7 operations.
• Respond to codes, manage staff development, and ensure quality care.
